We would also recommend that you have a legal binding rental contract between the owner and the person/s that’s you are going to rent the boat out to. Just as you would if you were renting out a property that you own. It is also worth carrying out reference checks etc. You will also need to insure your asset and notify your insurer that you are renting your boat out.
