A previous survey in 2020 recommended to overplate the entire in water hull to a height of 200mm above the current waterline using fully welded plate of 6mm nominal thickness. Large areas of plate should be stitched back to the vessel and capped. 

We would strongly suggest that a potential purchaser prices up any works they intend to have carried out, along with costs to move the vessel via road to their chosen location before a viewing is arranged.
