Barby Moorings is located on the Oxford canal just 2 miles from Hillmorton locks. Set in a beautiful countryside location, but only a short drive from the town of Rugby. As well as offering fully serviced pontoon moorings, there are also the unique bank side moorings which offer your own private bank side area, wired internet and TV aerial socket. The marina also has the benefit of winter storage moorings.
The marina itself has been sympathetically designed to enhance the environmental value of the area and encourage wildlife. The island in the middle of the marina breaks up the water space and is home to 3 alpacas!
Barby moorings is increasingly becoming more eco friendly, as well as encouraging those with electric cars by having car charging points, they generate as much electricity to service the marina as possible from solar power.
