Description

Introducing Semington, a 84ft x 19ft barge that has has a range of uses over the years  starting as a commercial cargo vessel in 1911, and more recently was a highly popular arts and music venue in Gloucester Docks in the late 1970’s and 80’s.

She’s constructed of 3/8” riveted iron plate and steel side decks with an approximate weight of 50 tonnes. She has recently been dry docked where some hull repairs were carried out.

A fantastic opportunity as a base to bring this boat back to her former glory, or the opportunity to create a hugely spacious home on the water. For anyone that wants to opportunity of this shell, there is the option to work with the highly regarded R.W Davis to complete, or part complete this project.
